Located in the hills of Bandera, Texas — the Cowboy Capital of the World, our 185-acre property carries the proud legacy of a former dude ranch and the spirit of true Texas adventure. What began as a working dude ranch has evolved into a welcoming guest ranch and RV park where wide-open spaces, history, and outdoor freedom still define the experience.
Guests can bring and ride their own horses, ATVs, UTVs, dirt bikes, and quads to explore the land, hike historic ranch trails, search for arrowheads and fossils, fish the river, or camp beneath endless Texas skies. With direct river access, rugged terrain, and miles of land to explore—on horseback or on wheels—every visit offers a chance to slow down, reconnect, and experience the land the way it was meant to be enjoyed.

Spend the day riding your Horses, ATVs, UTVs, dirt bikes, and quads, hiking historic trails, searching for arrowheads and fossils, fishing along the river, splashing the day away in the river or pool, or simply soaking up the wide-open spaces. From adrenaline-filled rides to peaceful moments by the water, there’s something here for every kind of explorer.
No overnight stay required—just show up, explore, and experience the land where Bandera’s ranching history meets modern outdoor freedom. Come ride, roam, and return anytime.

With a King bed and lots of pillows, this is a perfect way to get cozy!

Outfitted with one Queen bed and 2 sets of bunks, its the perfect balance between the Stirrup Lodge and the Honeymoon Corral
The Bunkhouse
With John Wayne and Miss Kitty as inspiration, this building has 4 rooms, each sleeps 6.
The Travel Lodge
Almost situated like a house, with a large common room, a mini-kitchen and dining table; this building is perfect for very large groups. Sleeps 24 total.
The Pioneer House
With each room able to sleep 4, the Pioneer House is history in action!
