Group Accommodations

TWIN ELM GUEST RANCH, located in the beautiful Texas Hill Country, extends a warm, Western Welcome to you and your group. (15 or more persons)

OUR RATES ARE ALL INCLUSIVE: $125 per adult ($145 for a cabin), $45 per 2-5 ($55 for a cabin), $65 per 6-12 yrs ($75 for a cabin), $75 per 13-16 yrs ($95 for a cabin), Ages 2 and under are free.

Lodging, bed linens, (all youth groups are required to bring their own bath towels and wash cloths) delicious all-you-can-eat ranch-style meals, (additional horseback riding 35.00 per hour), swimming, hayrides, and more. You can't afford to miss a fun-filled bargain like this!

We highly recommend you bring an old pair of sneakers for swimmin' in the river to protect your feet, a light jacket for some of our cool evenings by the campfire, and swimming and bath towels. We do request that groups leave the rooms in a neat and orderly condition. Adults required to stay in bunkhouse with youth group.

Day Trips Only

For those with limited time, we offer two different day trip plans.
Plan 1 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., includes a barbecue lunch with all the trimmings, horseback riding, swimming in the pool and river, and other ranch amenities.    RATE: $90.00 PER PERSON
 Plan 2 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., includes a barbecue lunch with all the trimmings, horseback riding, swimming in the pool and river, hayride, and supper.        RATE: $100.00 PER PERSON

Reservation Policy: A 10% non-refundable deposit will hold your reservation. The balance will be due in full upon arrival. State Sales Tax will be charged unless you provide an exemption certificate.
County Room Tax will appply, with no exemptions, to the room portion of your rate.
Your group will be required to fulfill your reservation in both numbers and length of stay. If you have any doubt about your total number of participants, we recommend you make short reservations; we will do our best to accommodate additional participants. We must charge for the number of reserved spaces.
A 15% gratuity is required for groups.
