
We offer more than most and do not add gratuity to "individual all inclusive stays"

Two nights minimum stay is required for "All Inclusive Guest". All Inclusive Individual or Group stays include three delicious meals each day (Arrival day we serve Dinner and breakfast upon departure), lodging, horseback riding, river/pool swimming, tubing on the Medina River, volleyball, basketball, hayrides, campfires & marshmallow roast, roping, branding and we even have a game room (Air Hockey, Foose Ball, Pool & Ping Pong). On Sunday afternoon we let the Cowboys off and you are welcome to stay room only (See "Room Only" for Rates). There are Chuck Wagon Races in May and Twin Elm Rodeos every Friday night (weather permitting) throughout the summer at no additional charge to Twin Elm "All Inclusive" guests (season begins the end of April till the end of August). Golf is also available nearby.
Discounts
We offer a 10% Discount "Over All" for military, police, firefighters, seniors (over 65), for bookings of 5 Nights and during non peak season October thru February!!! (Not applicable during Holidays, with Group Discount Rates, Camping or in conjunction with other discounts.)
Things to pack
Tennis shoes, light jacket, jeans, watershoes, pool towel and of course your cowboy hat and boots if you have them.
Also, you Adults are welcome to bring "Toddies for the Body" or adult beverages. They can also be purchased in town only 3 miles away in Bandera.
Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Reservations for All Inclusive Guest and Room Only Guest require a deposit of a one day's stay and due when reservations are made with full payment upon arrival.
Cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival with deposit refunded, less a $30.00 cancellation fee. If cancellation is received after the 30 day prior period, the deposit will not be refunded. Also no refund for early check-outs and we do charge for the full reserved time.
