All Inclusive Plan
Rates are all inclusive and include dinner upon arival, breakfast before departure and three delicious meals each day (with the exception of Sunday supper), lodging, river and pool swimming, river tubing, hayrides, outdoor meals, horseback riding daily (except Sunday afternoon). Golf is available nearby. We have Rodeos every Friday night throughout the summer. All accommodations are air-conditioned.

Deposit: A deposit of one day's stay is required for each person and is due when reservations are made. Full payment is required upon arrival. We need a 72 hour cancellation notice for a deposit refund. Please complete the reservation request form, and we will be in contact with you. FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED UPON ARRIVAL. Bookings are made well in advance so it is best to make reservations as early as possible.
We accept AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA, MASTERCARD, TRAVELERS CHECKS AND CASH.
Rates do not include State or Local Taxes.
Tips and gratuitues are appreciated.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must be received 15 days prior to arrival with deposit refunded, less a $25.00 cancellation fee. If cancellation is received within the 15 day prior period, no deposit will be refunded. This applies to overnight room rates as well
Pets: Although we love animals, we cannot provide lodging for your pets. There are, however, several kennels in the Bandera area. We will be happy to provide you with a list of names and phone numbers.
Meals: At Twin Elm we serve 3 big cowboy meals a day. We'll ring the bell when grub is ready! Gather at the buffet-style Dining Hall or the Outdoor Pavilion (depending on season) for delicious, home-style ranch southern cooking.

Camping on the Medina
At the Twin Elm Ranch, we are an all inclusive Dude Ranch featuring horseback riding, 3 meals per day and lots of other amenities. However, there’s lots of people out there that prefer to camp and enjoy nature in a much less structured sort of way. That’s why we offer to those guest primitive camping along the Medina River that runs right through our ranch. The crystal clear water flowing over sun-bleached rocks makes for a very peaceful retreat from the fast paced world we’ve come to know. By yourself or with a bunch of rowdy kids, you’ll have a great time here at Twin Elm Ranch. Enjoy tubing with canoeing and kayaking nearby. Or if you like just sticking your feet in the water is a wonderful way to relax and take advantage of the splendor Mother Nature has put before us.
